Ethics and Modern Slavery Statement

This statement sets out On the Menu Limited´s commitment to ensuring the integrity of our supply chain and adherence to ethical working practices in all areas of our business. We continually review and implement improvements in relation to the way we doing business and monitor and make decisions about whom we do business with. On the Menu Ltd is committed to meeting the objective of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Ethical Standards and Principles Policy

We require all our suppliers to adhere to the E.T.I (Ethical Trading Initiative).

Additionally, working conditions must be safe and hygienic and in compliance with both local and national regulations. Child labour shall never be used and minimum age and wage regulations must be applied. Discrimination on the basis of race, origin, age, disability, gender, belief or religion must not be practiced. No harsh or inhumane treatment of employees is permitted. Ethical standards should never be compromised to achieve business objectives, including anti-competitive practices, presenting false or inaccurate information or accepting improper payments or gifts. Suppliers should always follow the law and never compromise ethical standards.

Suppliers to On the Menu Ltd must adhere to the Ethical Standards and Principles as stated above, as a minimum.
